Your new company
A family owned, Australian Facades company is seeking an Installer to join their busy team. You will be working on a range of high-end residential projects across Melbourne.

The business has a strong cooperative work ethic and as such help one another out. Quality of finish, working as a team and ability to problem solve are highly sought after in this crew.

Your new role
You will be part of a team of Installers across various projects in Melbourne. You will be working predominantly on medium and high end Residential and high-end residential apartments. You may also be required to glaze and seal Internal partition walls, curtain wall, splash backs and showers. Your new company has a lot of work in the South Eastern suburbs. Your role will involve all aspects of glazing and installing. You will be starting from the depot in West Melbourne to travel to site in the company vehicle.

You will be required to demonstrate leadership qualities and once trained in this position you will be leading a team of 2-3 people.

What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will be comfortable in all elements of the trade with relevant experience or come from a background in Carpentry/Shopfitting/Cabinet Making to be trained up as an Installer.

• Confident in your ability to install windows from end to end; window set out, sub frame/seal work, glass install with at least 4 years’ experience
• Have a white card and drivers license
• Experience in high end residential and semi-commercial window installation
• Driver’s license
• Leadership qualities/ experience

OR

• Experience within Carpentry, Cabinet making or Shopfitting
• Confident with the use of hand and power tools
• Driver’s license
• Leadership qualities/ experience
