Venue & Events Cleaning Manager

Permanent Fulltime Cleaning Manager Position. Maintain and build relationships with clients and employees.

Your new company
This newly founded organisation in 2017 is going from strength to strength and is growing fast. Leading to them requiring an organised cleaning manager to assist with their daily operations with a major client. They are well known and respected for their industry leading sustainable practices whilst providing effective and efficient services to their clients.

Your new role
You will be working under the guidance of the NSW State Manager. You will primarily be tasked with servicing and overseeing operations for one of their major clients whose needs are based around night time and weekend music events. This involves liaising with clients and interacting with supervisors to ensure all expectations are met. There will be the occasional requirement for you to travel to events. Other duties include:
  • Planning operations for events
  • Engaging with clients and building relationships
  • Managing supervisors and contractors
  • Practical hands on cleaning

What you'll need to succeed
You must have previous experience within the cleaning industry, thorough understanding of operations and client expectations. You must be able to show examples of your organisational skills and time you have expressed leadership qualities. Availability for evening and weekend work is essential.
