Join an internationally recognised Growing Fintech who are committed to providing the best service and assistance to new and existing customers. Due to increased business demand they require a number of Unsecured Lending Specialist to join their busy sales team!

Your new role
Working as an Unsecured Lending Specialist, you will be;

• Specialising within personal loans - completing the customers loan application via phone, with a natural sales style to seek information and ensure you have all required data when submitting their loan application
• Supporting customers through the end-to-end journey of securing their personal loan and helping them achieve their finance goals
• Fostering customer relationships both with customers directly and through the Broker Channel
• Completing a pre-credit assessment and verification of all documentation prior to submitting the loan through to the credit department for final decisioning

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful as a Lending Sales Specialist you will have;

• A strong customer focus and proven experience within Lending or Sales (desirable)
• Experience within Lending and if not, you hold a desire to build a career within Personal Loans
• A great understanding of the end-to-end loan process and credit matrix
• Excellent interpersonal skills, show great initiative and has the ability to work autonomously
• The want to succeed, to build and develop a career
