A leading global satellite communications company are looking for a network based service desk manager.

Your new company
Have been at the forefront of global mobile satellite communications for 40 years, and are also the market leading provider of voice and high speed data communications.

Your new role
As a Technical Service Desk Manager you will be responsible for the management of the Global Government 'follow the sun' Technical Service Desk supporting specific customers service needs. This will involve setting clear objectives for the team, delivering best practices, adhering to frameworks and create/report KPI's.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Experience managing small to medium sized service desks
  • Strong networking OR satellite background
  • Proven track record of customer care/satisfaction
  • Strong mentoring skills
  • Due to the nature of the role candidates will need to be Australian Citizens to apply.
