Your new role
As the Talent Partner you will provide expert consultancy and end-to-end service delivery on talent acquisition and recruitment solutions to the business, attracting and engaging the right people at the right time for the right jobs.

Position Duties:
  • In collaboration with clients, develop and implement innovative, targeted strategies and initiatives to attract and engage the right people
  • Lead with professional advice and manage compliance with recruitment principles at all times
  • Use recruitment technologies in the provision of talent insights, workforce data and for the implementation of strategies in selection to engage talent.
  • Research and understand employment market and organisational strategy and acumen, adapting talent approaches to ensure the service meets client resourcing needs.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of organisational frameworks relevant to the engagement of talent, including but not limited to employment conditions, remuneration, employee benefits and key policies.
  • Develop effective working and partnering arrangements with clients and stakeholders to deliver professional standards in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Drive continuous improvement, demonstrating agility and adaptability in finding ways to optimise what we do.
  • Lead and role model behaviour aligned with company values.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Ability to contribute to team direction, give and receive feedback and achieve agreed performance standards in order to contribute to a culture of performance excellence.
  • Proven track record of success in the development and delivery of the full suite of attraction, sourcing, recruitment and selection strategies, and recruitment consulting for diverse clients and occupations.
  • Demonstrated strong client outcome focus in the provision of authoritative advice and consultancy services to hiring managers for complex and diverse talent solutions.
  • Demonstrated skills and capabilities in the research, analysis, and development of initiatives to emerging issues and trends in the recruitment industry and in the internal and external employment markets.
  • Experience with corporate service and bulk recruitment is preferred
