This permanent opportunity is with an e-commerce company based near Sydney CBD.

Your new role
In your new position you will manage the end-to-end recruitment for corporate roles including sales and customer service. You will work directly with hiring managers running job briefings and advertising the roles. As applications come through you will screen candidates and facilitate interviews with suitable candidates. As you build the relationship with hiring managers you will advise managers on current trends in the roles and market insights.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be considered for this role you will need end to end recruitment experience across corporate roles. You will be a self-starter with a proven ability to develop recruitment strategies to fill positions. You will also have experience working with LinkedIn Recruiter, a recruitment ATS and other recruitment related systems.
