Your new role
You will play an integral part in the student lifecycle. From initial point of contact, through to enrolment. This client is seeking multiple customer service professionals to join their busy team in Box Hill. You will liaise with students around courses provided, enrolment options, and study pathways. Providing valuable advise and knowledge on the courses and ensuring all entry requirements and documentation are in line with the course requirements. You may be speaking with employees of all levels, as well as relevant external stakeholders.
What you'll need to succeed
Be driven to succeed and excel across all aspects of this role whilst upholding customer care. Having exposure to the education sector as a student or employee will be highly beneficial to understand the student lifecycle. You will exceed all targets and KPIs set out for you and have the flexibility to work between the hours of 8am-6pm, Monday to Friday and on site in the Box Hill office. You must have 3 doses of vaccination and have a valid Working With Childrens' Check or the ability to obtain one before starting. Previous work in a contact centre environment is highly regarded.
