Hays have multiple clients in the Logistics, Transport and Warehousing space in Canberra who are seeking experienced forklift operators to join their terms for short and long term contracts.

Your new role
In this role you will be required to operate a forklift in a safe and professional manner, assist with stock take and order picking, maintain safe manual handling processes and comply with all WHS practices, you will also assist with general cleaning duties, loading and unloading deliveries from trucks and operating an RF scanner where required.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in your application to this role you will need the following;

• A full drivers license and reliable transport
• A valid forklift (LF) license and at least 3 months operating experience
• A friendly and approachable manner and an eager work attitude
• Be physically fit and able to perform all duties required, this may include lifting items over 25kg
