Hays Technology are currently partnered with a valued client in the Mining & Resources Industry in finding an experienced Solution Architect

This is an initial 6-month engagement (with potential extension) and comes under the hybrid working model

The successful candidate will work in a team of Solution Architects on several projects within the organisation

Your new role
In this role you will provide technical expertise in the design of a specific solution in line with business requirements

In addition to this, day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Defining and managing functional/non-functional requirements that consider business expectations for the system and operational concepts
• Develop and select effective design solutions, working with relevant vendors/stakeholders to procure products
• Providing specialist advisory on architectural standards, governance frameworks and emerging technologies in the organisation
• Enhancing user experience by improving usability, accessibility, and desirability of a design solution

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in attaining this role, you will have:

• Extensive previous experience in Solution Architecture position (any industry)
• Cloud Platform Solution Architect Certification (AWS, Azure)
• TOGAF certification is seen as desirable
• Strong communication/collaboration skills

What you'll get in return
The successful candidate will receive a daily rate of $1000 - $1100 + Superannuation per day, WFH Flexibility and the opportunity to work on several largescale projects You will also have the opportunity to extend upon your initial 6 month engagement
