A leading construction company in Melbourne's south east who specialise in multi-residential sites between 5 - 40 townhouses, has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced site manager to join their team, initially based on an 80 townhouse project in Melbourne's outer South East

Your new role
Managing one site only, this role will see the successful candidate be responsible for delivering a 20-25 townhouse project within achievable time frames and budgets. Duties will include but not be limited to:

• Manage the full construction process from structures to hand-over
• Management of sub-contractors - both external and internal
• Implement and manage OH+S procedures on-site
• Attend all program meetings and help with the delivery of project within the construction time frame
• Keep full site documentation of all day to day activities on-site

What you'll need to succeed

To be considered for this opportunity you will ideally possess the following attributes:

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor / Manager on large scale townhouse project
• Carpentry background preferable
• Strong verbal communications skills and be highly organised
• Excellent understanding of OH&S processes
