Your new company
Hays have partnered with this established Tier 3 Builder with over 30 years in the industry. With 800+ delivered projects under their belt, they undertake works across Luxury Apartments, Aged Care, Commercial Industrials to name a few. Currently they have a number of Cladding projects circa $1.2m kicking off simultaneously and so are looking to work with several Site Managers to run these programmes.

Your new role

• Cladding projects in Prahran, Bentleigh, Heidelberg and Moonee Ponds
• Working alongside the PM to deliver these projects on time and on budget
• Coordinate trades and liaise with client from start to finish
• Managing SWMS/OHS practices, tool box talks etc.
• Manage defects and finishes
• Work to a high standard as a representative of the builder

What you'll need to succeed

• Experienced in cladding works valued up to $1.5m
• Ability to commit to a 6-month contract
• 3 + years Site Management/Site Supervision experience
• Trade qualified preferred
• Comfortable working in live environments / Client engagement
• Ideally you will have experience on cladding projects within the last 5 years
