This company based on the Gold Coast is one of Australia’s leading mortgage lenders and they are seeking a permanent full-time, Settlement Support Officer to support the settlement and customer service team. Salary on offer is $60-65K + Super.
Your new role
As a Settlements Support Officer, you will provide operation support for the home-lending settlements team and internal brokers. Additionally, you will provide exceptional customer service, processing and responding to incoming client queries.
What you’ll need to succeed
You will come from a customer service background and be able to demonstrate the following:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem solving skills
- Banking / Finance and/ or home loan settlements knowledge desirable
- Team player
- Reliable, hard worker
