Your new role
- Services support officer will be the initial point of contact for inbound calls, respond to enquires and attend to the needs of stakeholders in a professional manner
- Triaging enquires to internal staff
- Respond to email enquires, providing clear concise responses and where appropriate provide recommendations
- Assist stakeholders navigating the companies website
- Receive and process incoming and outgoing mail
- Manage incoming financial transactions, invoices and daily reconciliation
- Generate reports relating to financial transactions and public information that has been published on the companies website
- Assist in developing new training material and tools as part of the department’s standard operating procedures
- Provide administrative support for Team Meetings – book meeting rooms, preparation of agendas, minute-taking, distribution of action items
- Modify, implement, and effectively maintain administrative information management systems
- Ensure knowledge of relevant policies, procedures, guidelines, and work methods is actively maintained
- Complete all mandatory and scheduled training as requested

- Strong communication skills both verbal and written including presentation and report writing
- An ability to develop effective workplace relationships and constructively deal with conflict if it arises
- Customer Focussed
- Professional telephone manner
- Strict attention to detail with advanced organisational, time management and prioritisation skills
- Accurate data-entry skills
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office
