Service Desk Analyst - 12 month contract - WFH

Your new company

This state government organisation is currently looking for Service Desk Analysts to join their IT support team in a full time 12 month contract. This organisation is located in Sydney CBD area but you will have the opportunity to WFH. You will have the opportunity to work as a part of a large state government organisation in a friendly team environment.

Your new role

As Service Desk Analyst you will support users with Level 1 technical issues. You will be responsible for answering the phone and being that first point of contact providing top tier customer service. You will work in a small team, delivering IT support to end users, which across Windows 7/10, Active Directory and password resets, Outlook, O365, MS teams and Exchange. You will be troubleshooting Hardware and Software.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous experience in level 1 and level 2 technical support
  • Previous experience in Active Directory, O365, Outlook, Windows 10 and Exchange
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent customer service
  • Ability to WFH
