Service Desk Analyst | Permanent Position | Western Sydney

An exciting new opportunity is available for a Service Desk Analyst for a Global Leader in Insulation and Building solutions. This is a permanent opportunity located in Western Sydney.

Your new role
You will be responsible for providing 1st & 2nd Line break/fix support to the customer base. Assisting with the upgrade and replacement of factory-based systems. Desktops / Servers / Switches etc

What you'll need to succeed
  • Minimum 1-2 years relevant experience
  • Experience with MS operating systems (Windows 10), MS Office applications and Office 365
  • General telecommunications and networking knowledge
  • Experience troubleshooting MS Office 365
  • Experience Windows 10 installation, Troubleshooting and Support
  • Knowledge of Exchange – New Mailbox Creation.
  • Configuring New Laptops and Desktops
  • Hardware and Software inventory Management
  • Experience Liaising with local 3rd parties to resolve issues and obtain quotes for locally sourced hardware
