This local government organisation is currently looking an IT Service Desk Officer to join their IT team. This organisation is located in the Sydney CBD are and offering an option to work oniste and WFH a few days a week .You will have a great opportunity to work as part of a well known organisation that supports the people in Sydney.
Your new role
As Service Desk Analyst you will support users with Level 1/2 technical issues, including Helpdesk. You will be responsible for answering the phone and being that first point of contact providing top tier customer service. You will work in a small team, delivering IT support to end users, which includes Office 365, Windows10, Active Directory and password resets. You will be troubleshooting Hardware and Software.

You will work in a small team, delivering IT support to end users, which may include Windows 7/10, Active Directory and password resets, Outlook, Skype for business and Exchange. You will be troubleshooting Hardware and Software.
What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Level 1 and Level 2 technical support
- Minimum 2 years of experience in working in an IT Helpdesk environment
- Previous experience with Office365, Active Directory, Windows 10
- Previous experience with troubleshooting printer issues and mobile device issues
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
