This well-known and reputable organisation are looking for a Service Desk Officer for a night shift role for a minimum 12-month contract.
Your new role
You will be responsible for providing first line IT support, this will include troubleshooting Level 1 issues, particularly those related to loss of system/application accessibility. This position will be 4 days on and 4 days off role.
What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience in a Service Desk will see you succeed in this position. Specifically, you will have experience with the following:
- Windows 10
- Active Directory
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Outlook/Exchange
Previous experience in the night shift is a must
You will possess excellent communication skills, including a confident and helpful phone manner. You will also possess sound prioritisation skills and the ability to work well both independently and with others.
