Service Delivery Coordinator

This Service Delivery Role is Project based role in IT for a great government organisation, coordinator level.
Your new company
The Service Delivery Specialist is responsible for managing the delivery of complex customer telecommunication projects. During the implementation of service delivery projects, this position is the major interface and relationship manager between the customer.
The Senior Service Delivery Specialist will provide supervision and direction for Service Delivery Coordinators, Customer Relations Officers and contractors (as required) in relation to managing customer projects and service delivery.

Your new role
Provide expertise in telecommunication products by managing complex customer projects and service delivery of multiple voice, data and wireless products.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure adherence to industry governance and compliance requirements of Project Management Framework, Engineering Management Framework, Office of the Rail Safety Regulator (ONRSR), and Trunk Telecommunication Infrastructure accreditation (TTI) are met.
• Investigate and resolve client concerns and escalations and if required escalate to the manager in a timely manner.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with third-party carriers, suppliers and partners for the successful delivery of customer projects.
• Be proactive in supporting the Customer Relationship Manager TSG in Telecommunications or initiatives such as continuous improvement, innovation in process and practice and the introduction of new systems.
• Attend and deliver product training, presentations and demonstrations for internal and external customers.
• Maintain integrity of records, databases, workflows and systems.
• Proactively maintain and implement improvements to TSG team process, systems, templates and checklists from lessons learnt and project experience.

What you'll need to succeed
• Tertiary qualification in Project Management – Prince2 or equivalent
• Tertiary qualification in Telecommunications or equivalent
• Demonstrated project experience
• Extensive project delivery and coordination experience
• Strong experience in customer service
• Proven experience in building relationships
• Previous experience in a telco environment
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications, Ms Project, database programs and ability to learn and understand new software packages
