Full time position – Attracting salary – 3 days WFH – Corporate hours Mon to Fri

Your new company

You will be working with one of the leading providers of integrated services company, committed to deliver a strong customer service, you will be part of a well extend institution who pride themselves on delivering a fantastic team culture with a opportunity to work 3 days a week from home.

Your new role

Day to day you will have to schedule the electricians to go on site and assist with the order and the billing for the part required.

  • Assist with planning and coordinating work activities to ensure that all work is completed on time in accordance with schedule requirements and client and customer expectations.
  • Monitor work order outstanding reports and update SAP to reflect new ready dates
  • Assist planners with scheduling in work management system ensuring the work is completed in a timely manner
  • Schedule distribute to field & close out work order related activities
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with both existing and potential clients, always promoting the image of the Company.
  • Bill work orders and invoice to client Provide the highest standard of administrative support to the Operations Manager and the Director.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Excellent communication skills and a positive demeanour
  • Be comfortable dealing with clients and technicians over the phone
  • Experience using SAP software
  • Background coordinating technicians
