Your new role
As the Senior Systems Analyst you will be responsible for addressing and resolving L2 and L3 business system incidents and completing service and change requests. You will also be a subject matter expert for core business applications and will contribute to ongoing planning and support of critical applications.

Your duties and responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Resolving L2 and L3 incidents for production systems
• Contributing to problem management
• Providing advice for improvements
• Maintaining a deep understanding of business systems (CRM, Finance, Asset Management)
• Overseeing the management and maintenance of application databases

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in the role you will need:

• Experience providing a high level of L2 and L3 technical support
• Experience supporting the maintenance of business applications
• Experience coordinating third party suppliers and external service providers
• Experience with Cloud platforms (Microsoft 365, Azure, Dynamics 365)
• Knowledge of SA Government Cloud Infrastructure
• Programming and development skills in Microsoft and ORACLE technologies
• Experience with integrations between using Application Programming Interfaces, Web Services and other relevant technologies
• Experience with report generators and tools such as Crystal Reports, SQL and PeopleTools
