Senior Property Manager

Exciting opportunity for a Commercial Property Manager to join a leading agency managing industrial assets

Your new company
Our client is a commercial real estate advisory that specialise in sales & leasing and property management. With over half a century in the property industry along with their diversified approach, they ensure that they are adding value to clients through every step of the process. Offering a premium service to clients, they go one step further ensuring their investments are protected by planning and strategising for the future through expert market knowledge. Due to continued growth, they are looking to add a Senior Commercial Property Manager to their experienced and well respected team.

Your new role
You will manage a portfolio of 180 properties with the majoring of the assets being industrial, whilst being supported by an Assistant and further front-end admin staff. Your responsibilities are as follow:.

  • End to end management of the portfolio
  • Management of new and existing client relationships
  • Preparation of detailed asset plans
  • Contract management
  • Leasing renewals, options, increases and negotiations throughout these processes
  • Tenant liaison
  • Rental appraisals
  • Repairs and maintenance
  • Budgeting and reporting
  • Managing asset risk and compliance

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate the following:
  • Extensive understanding of Commercial/Retail Real Estate
  • Experience in Commercial Negotiations (Leasing)
  • Ability to think critically and work autonomously
  • Attention to detail
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to take on all tasks whether big or small
  • Self motivated with a desire to be involved in an established and growing business
  • Real Estate Agents Representative certificate
