Senior Property Credit Analyst

Experienced commercial property credit analyst required to join a well established team within a Big 4 Bank!

Your new company
This reputable and market leading Top 4 bank is seeking an experienced Senior Property Credit Analyst to work with their small to medium enterprise clients.

Your new role
  • Maintain existing relationships with clients and with internal stakeholders
  • Manage the end to end credit process, ensuring high quality credit submissions and ensure to adhere to all compliance policies and regulations
  • Write credit submissions including detailed risk analysis and financial forecasting, and be able to present and negotiate submissions through WIB’s risk management decision process
  • Test proposals against approved business and credit strategies, target market acceptance criteria and underwriting standards

What you'll need to succeed
  • Industry knowledge and experience of Real Estate clients is preferred
  • Commercial acumen and previous credit writing experience with respect to commercial property deals
  • Tertiary qualified in an analytical focused field such as finance, business, or economics
