Your new role

In this role you will;

  • Plan, manage and lead this complex project including multiple work packages with sensitive or complex issues.
  • Manage project resources to successfully deliver projects within their agreed scope, budget, timelines and ensuring compliance with Victorian Government Digital Standards.
  • Undertake end-to-end procurement activity including market analysis of digital products and professional services
  • Negotiate with stakeholders, vendors and peers with the object of gaining cooperation for the successful delivery of projects, services or advice.
  • Effectively and consistently communicate project vision, objectives, risks, issues and status to clients, stakeholders and members of the project team.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Demonstrated experience leading complex, highly technical projects and being responsible for management of budgets, schedules, procurement and contracts. Produces project documentation that tracks progress, risks and governance.
  • Identifies risks and issues and clearly defines roles, responsibilities and accountabilities.
  • Experience in project management methodologies Prince2, Agile, SCRUM.
  • Able to manage stakeholders’ expectations and facilitate discussions across high risk and complexity
