Your new role
An exciting a rare opportunity for an expert to join a team of Project managers and Project Coordinators, providing strategic advice on project governance and methodologies, project risk and the performance of the Project Management Office.

Our client is a seeking a project Manager who is experienced in managing and implementing a range of health and wellbeing projects

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing projects and personnel across high volume Individual projects
  • Varied management across; Project planning, governance development, coordination, engagement, consultation, and implementation
  • Ability to manage sensitive matter projects, mental health, suicide prevention, drug & alcohol and psychosocial services
  • Development of project management plans, and implementing for successful outcomes
  • Establishment and maintenance of project advisory groups
  • Scoping and implementation of digital platforms information management systems.
  • Managing relationships with health stakeholders and the community
  • Development and implementation of new primary health initiatives aligned with organisational strategy

What you'll need to succeed
  • Demonstrated project management and program management or portfolio experience
  • Organisational skills for multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with a range of people and organisations
  • Experience building constructive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Demonstrated high level of analytical and problem solving skills in complex operational settings
  • Strong experience with stakeholder management, demonstrating a strong awareness to community impacts from decisions and actions made
  • Experience working in the health, NGO or community services sectors – Highly Regarded
