Your new role
In your new role as a HR Advisor you will be responsible for the following:
What you'll need to succeed
- Managing employee relations matters
- Coaching managers and staff
- Driving culture initiatives
- Supporting L&D and Recruitment
- Providing advice on the employee lifecycle
You will have previous experience in generalist HR and be strong with employee relations, having hands on experience dealing with misconduct and performance management. Ideally you will have a background in the real estate sector or a similar fast paced company. You will be a team player, with excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to provide timely advice.
What you'll get in return
An initial 6 month fixed term contract based in Melbourne's CBD with WFH options. You will be remunerated at a total salary pack of $120,000. This role is a full time, 5 days per week, role.
