Your new role
As a senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be tasked with

• Developing a thorough understanding of project requirements.
• Prepare take-offs and accurate estimates of work.
• Ensure all tenders are compliant with regulations, codes of practices and relevant laws.
• Liaise with all stakeholders involved in project.

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered the role, you will need

• Relevant tertiary qualifications.
• A minimum of 5 years experience in commercial construction.
• To be literate in estimating softwares.
• The ability to manage change and build a team culture.
