An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced scrum master to join a government department based in Sydney CBD. This role will be for 12 months with the potential for extension.

Your new role

• You will help establish initial requirements for the project and business case
• Analyse and document business and functional requirements for systems and services
• Document and analyse business processes and workflows
• Work closely with the business to ensure business needs are understood and reflected in the design and roll-out of new solutions
• Assist with Testing and QA
• Write User Stories and acceptance criteria, helping to groom product backlogs and performing testing support
• Become the Develop Subject Matter Expert (SME) and share knowledge with other team members
• Inform and train other staff on new products and functionality
What you'll need to succeed

• Government experience or large enterprise environments is preferable
• Experience working in an Agile environment
• Experience with Technology projects
• Ability to use digital toolsets such as Jira and maintain Jira boards
• Strong stakeholder, communication and negotiation skills
• Must be an Australian citizen
