State government health client located north of the river is seeking an schedule administrator to join their team. This position requires an immediate start for a temporary assignment with the potential for extension

Your new role
As a Schedule administrator your responsibilities will include:
  • Rostering drivers roughly 50 round trips a day
  • Updating details accurately on a master spreadsheet
  • Prepare relevant documents
  • General administrative and office-upkeep tasks

What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in a similar role is recommended, as will:
  • Strong data entry skills
  • Good interpersonal, organisation and communication skills
  • Providing high-level administrative support to a team
  • advanced computer skills with competency using Microsoft Office Suites

What you'll get in return
This role is being offered on a Temporary contract for an immediate start. The role will be full-time hours, Monday to Sunday at a completive hourly rate with super paid on all hours worked.
