Your new company is a Victorian State Government department looking to fill a Business Analyst role on their Salesforce Implementation Program. This role will have responsibility for driving continued system and process enhancement activities towards supporting a standardised enterprise Salesforce platform

Your new role

In this role you will;

• Support the Manager, Business Analysis and relevant project teams in developing and enhancing business systems, and in ensuring that relevant requirements, qualitative and quantitative benefits and estimated costings are reflected in the business case.
• Undertake and facilitate requirement gathering activities for business and technology solutions, in consultation and collaboration with a diverse set of stakeholders like the Product Owner, Working Group, end users and other key business and program / project team members.
• Develop business, functional, non-functional, and transitional requirements, and As-Is and To-Be processes and operating models at appropriate levels of abstraction required to meet the business needs and context of the business, program, and/or project.
• Deliver business requirement documentation for various stakeholder groups, both technical and non-technical.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience in successfully delivering projects and products that applied Waterfall, Agile and Hybrid (aka Wagile) methodologies.
• Proven experience as a business analyst providing strategic advice and direction in varied environments and projects.
• Knowledge in various enterprise systems such as Microsoft O365, Salesforce, MuleSoft, Microsoft Dynamics 365/CRM 2016, SharePoint, Jira and other enterprise applications
• Extensive Salesforce experience, specifically its application as CRM, CMS and report builder.
• Significant experience delivering transformation programs in an evolving, and at times ambiguous, operating environment across multiple inter-disciplinary functions.
