Sales Support Representative

Your new role
You’ll be supporting all import and export Sales Support activities for the Oceania region. Supporting the achievement of regional strategies, business plans and performance targets as well as generating new and maintaining existing customers.

Key Duties & Responsibilities will include
  • Working from a central inbox - taking incoming calls and responding to emails.
  • Being responsible for managing & receiving orders, customer complaints, releasing bills and accept/rejecting cargo via company instructions.
  • Liaising with customers daily
  • Verifying cargo whether its delivered or discharged
  • All import and export Sales Support activities
  • Providing quotations for Liner account and ensuring space allocations are adhered to

What you'll need to succeed
  • Being able to work in a fast paced & high-pressure role
  • Great Customer Service skills (Shipping or Logistics experience desirable)
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel & Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask different tasks at once
  • A great team player
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage time
