Your new company are a Global leader in the Oil and Gas Support services industry. They pride themselves on delivering outstanding customer service, and safety excellence to its customers. Due to sustained growth, they are seeking a passionate, energetic, and forward-thinking Sales Representative to join their team, based in Welshpool, Perth.

Your new role

As Sales Representative you will be joining an ever-growing materials management and logistics focussed business. Reporting to the Regional Development Manager, in this role you are responsible for managing and building a portfolio of clients and growing sales revenue by providing product knowledge and solutions to the end user, predominantly in the Oil and Gas space.
Key responsibilities include:
• Developing sales pipelines and target client strategies
• Managing your own time to optimise business development activity with a focus on 3PL and Warehousing
• Research accounts, identify key prospects and generate interest in the company
• Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
• Be aware of competitors, rivals, and other options that customers may deploy instead of the companies
• Presentations and appointment setting
• Understanding your customer needs and requirements, and acting on those to drive continual improvement of service
• Work effectively and prioritise busy workload to make sure KPIs and sales targets are being met, not only individually but also within the sales team
• Providing outstanding customer services to all clients and customers
• Travelling to Regional Supply Base locations when required
• Following compliance policies and procedures

What you'll need to succeed

• You are an accomplished Sales professional with a strong understanding of the Oil and Gas industry
• You have the ability to secure clients based on providing technical solutions
• You bring a positive attitude and energy
• You can work autonomously and set your own goals
• Fantastic communication skills-both verbal and written
• A customer centric approach, ensuring your clients have a great experience dealing with you
• You have an entrepreneur mindset with the ability to spot opportunities and drive continual improvement
• You can demonstrate strong 3PL/ Warehouse/ Transport sales background (preferred but not essential)
• You can build new business opportunities
• You can maintain new and existing relationships with clients
• You understand contract management
