Your new role
The primary responsibility of this role is to provide sales and procurement support and perform administrative tasks in the sale, procurement and supply of IT hardware and software products to meet the deliverables of new and existing customers.
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience in a similar role
- Liaising with customers and suppliers
- Demonstrated understanding of procurement administrative processes (e.g. quoting, ordering, receipting, invoicing, delivery, returns and payments)
- Demonstrated experience taking ownership and driving resolution on customer issues
- Proficient in Word and Excel, minimum intermediate level
- Excellent communication skills, written and oral
