Your new company provides IT support to over 500 clients accompanied by 2 data centres that provide cloud services to clients using Cisco, Fortniet, Palo Alto Networks, HP, Pure storage and VMware.
Your new role
The Sales Manager is a senor management position reporting directly to the director of the business. In summary, you will be responsible for developing business plans, meeting planned goals, coordinating with the organisations marketing team and facilitate lead generation. You will also be tasked with tracking the activities and performance of the sales and procurement team.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this position, you should hold several years experience within a management position in a corporate setting. Other items for success include:
- Qualification in business or related field
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational; skills
- Experience managing and directing a sales team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent analytic and problem solving skills
- ICT industry product knowledge (desirable)
- Strong experience within customer relationship management (desirable)
