This is full time permanent position located in Tullamarine, working from home opportunities and must be double vaxxed.

Your new role
You will be provided with extensive training and development so you can progress your career within the business. Your main responsibilities will involve;

  • To provide exceptional customer service and administrative coordination across all departments across the Customer Service and Sales team in accordance with business requirements
  • Ensure all relevant documentation is completed correctly with attention to detail and reviewed
  • Dealing with a high volume of customer enquiries and process in an efficient and customer focused manner Assist and support other teams with bookings and administrative tasks where necessary
  • Recognise and acknowledge any medical issues with the customer prior to travel, ensuring all is documented accordingly
  • Ensure that all company checklists are completed to satisfaction prior to file submission
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure all steps and procedures involved in quoting a move are followed correctly and in a timely manner
  • Comply with all company departmental policies, procedures, and work instructions

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role you will need:

  • Previous experience in customer service and sales with a background in travel or logistics
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Adapt to change, a self-starter and using initiative
  • Strong customer service experience
  • High level of attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to working in a fast-paced environment
  • A strong commitment to working harmoniously within a team
  • Objection handling and conflict resolution skills
  • Experience working to KPIs/targets preferred
