Opportunity in growing company for experienced Sales Administrator

Your new company
This trusted named company has over 50 years’ experience focusing on developing the highest quality of industrial systems. From supplying to produce products for mills and mining equipment. They are looking for someone to join their team as Sales Administrator on a full time basis.

Your new role
Your new role as Sales Administrator is to assist in the smooth running of day to day operations within the office. You will be responsible for duties not limited to:
  • Answer all incoming calls and handle caller’s inquiries whenever possible.
  • Re-direct calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when required.
  • Issue invoices and delivery dockets to customers daily.
  • Issue quotes to customers daily.
  • Prepare delivery information in excel spread sheet daily.
  • Goods inwards processing.
  • Stock availability checking.
  • Stock system data base maintenance.
  • Maintain the general filing system.
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to management as requested.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this role, you will need to following experience and skills:
  • Previous experience in sales administration
  • Previous experience with SAP highly advantageous
  • Exceptional communication skills - both verbal and written
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • High Attention to detail
