Your new company
Recruiting for an NSW Government Department who require Reservation and Call Centre admins until June 2023. This role will require you to work Monday – Friday at their Parramatta Based office, with an expectation to work in the office at least two days per week and the rest working from home.
Your new role
• Provide timely, accurate and high quality customer services to key stakeholders
• Deliver administrative and customer services via telephone, e-mail and other communication channels to assist customers and provide an integrated customer experience across a range of areas including, Accommodation reservations, Events and Passes
• Provide information and assistance to internal and external customers to complete the required transactions
• Create a positive relationship in all customer interactions, maintaining a professional and friendly manner and ensuring customer satisfaction is a priority.
• Record and maintain accurate information about customer enquiries, sources of information and levels of assistance provided.
• Comply with privacy requirements ensuring confidentiality, privacy and integrity of information is not compromised in accordance with relevant legislation.

• Previous experience in reservations/travel agencies and call centre experience
What you'll get in return
On offer to you is a Reservations admin position assisting a reputable government department on a temporary assignment at a pay range of $31 - $35 per hour + super. In return you will be working Monday – Friday. You will be working in a supportive team in their Parramatta-based location at least two days a week and the rest working from home. The contract is looking to start ASAP.
