We are currently looking for a Data Reporting and Security Lead to join this company on a fixed-term basis for a period of 18 months. There is a possibility this role could be extended further. Your new role
As the Data Reporting and Security Lead you will be providing end to end solutions and governance of user security and master data for HRIS. This role will drive continuous improvement aligned with HRIS roadmap and evolution of company’s overall function. You will achieve this by taking on a lead role in establishing an enterprise Power BI Environment.
What you'll need to succeed
- Detailed understanding and experience working in HR functions and business processes across the HRIS lifecycle
- Experienced in delivery of change programs to HR function and enterprise-wide people leaders and employees In depth experience in report design, build and management for end-to-end HR, abreast with leading practice and trends in decision support, reporting standards and principle
- 2nd level software experience in platforms including; Microsoft, Power BI, Chris 21, Time and Attendance, SQL, Server Management applications
