Reliability Engineer

Reliability Engineer required for an immediate start with a 11-month assignment with potential extension.

Your new role
Reliability Engineer for a strategy and tactics project based in Perth. The Specialist Reliability will be responsible for leading tactics and strategy development for Fixed Plant assets using FMECA and RCM principles. This role is offered on a 11-Month assignment basis with a Monday to Friday roster.
  • Undertake gap assessments for fixed plant assets to identify opportunities to improve maintenance practices
  • Assess and prioritise equipment based on criticality, lifecycle, and historical data
  • Review master data, engineering drawings and other information to establish equipment details
  • Conduct workshops with maintenance personnel to populate FMECA and Corrective Action information
  • Support planning and master data personnel to develop tactics in CMMS

What you'll need to succeed
  • Tertiary degree in engineering or similar with relevant industry experience
  • Thorough understanding of FMECA and RCM processes
  • Ability to perform measured and accurate work across all depth levels, from high level gap assessments to detailed equipment specific failure analysis
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite including Word and Excel
  • Ability to work from Perth CBD office location
  • A team-focused approach with strong communication skills
  • Current Drivers Licence
  • Can pass a pre-employment medical
  • Have a current police check of able to obtain
  • Previous on-site experience in mining industry
  • Knowledge of SAP CMMS System
  • Experience within Fixed Plant Maintenance including Bucket Wheel Reclaimers, Conveyors and Train Load Out systems
