Seeking an experienced and creative recruiter to join a mining / industrial based company in Mackay.

We are seeking an experienced and creative recruiter to join a reputable multidisciplinary organisation based in Mackay. This organisation offers a stimulating work environment that rewards performance and outcomes whilst supporting growth and professional development.

Your new role
In this role your duties will include;
  • Support the end-to-end recruitment functions including; position advertising, resume screening, shortlisting, Pre employment checks, references, ticket & licence checks
  • Maintaining accurate data in Recruitment platforms
  • Requirements using cloud-based technology
  • Delivery of TLR Internal OH&S Inductions
  • Advertising and Shortlisting for positions
  • General Administrative tasks

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will need;
  • Minimum of 3+ years recruitment experience
  • Competent in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a small team
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • In-depth knowledge of blue-collar ticket and licensing requirements; Electricians, refrigeration specialist & mechanic trades.
