Your new role
In this role your duties will include;
- Support the end-to-end recruitment functions including; position advertising, resume screening, shortlisting, Pre employment checks, references, ticket & licence checks
- Maintaining accurate data in Recruitment platforms
- Requirements using cloud-based technology
- Delivery of TLR Internal OH&S Inductions
- Advertising and Shortlisting for positions
- General Administrative tasks
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will need;
- Minimum of 3+ years recruitment experience
- Competent in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a small team
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- In-depth knowledge of blue-collar ticket and licensing requirements; Electricians, refrigeration specialist & mechanic trades.
