Recruitment Coordinator required to support Recruitment team, East Brisbane location + WFH
Your new company
Our client is a well-respected facilities management company based in the South East suburbs of Brisbane. Due to on-going projects, the company is now seeking an experienced Recruitment Coordinator to support the business during this time off rapid growth for them starting immediately.
Your new role
Your key responsibility will predominantly be to provide Recruitment support which will include phone screening, reference checking, assisting with onboarding, coordinating inductions, arranging medicals, uploading details to their online recruitment management system and assisting with the overall end to end recruitment process.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in this role, you will have demonstrated administration experience within a fast-paced environment. You will have exceptional communication skills, possess a high level of attention to detail and have the ability to liaise with other employees on a multitude of different levels.
