Established construction company require a Recruitment Assistant.
Your new company
Our client is a well-respected Australian Construction company based in the South East suburbs of Brisbane. Due to new and on-going projects, the company is now seeking an experienced Recruitment Officer to support the business during this time off rapid growth for them to starting immediately.
Your new role
Your key responsibility will predominantly be to provide Recruitment support which will include phone posting job advertisements, screening potential candidates for jobs, reference checking, assisting with onboarding, coordinating inductions, arranging medicals, uploading details to their employee management system and assisting with the overall end to end recruitment process.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in this role, you will have demonstrated administration experience within a fast-paced environment. Ideally you will have some experience with Recruitment. You will have exceptional communication skills, possess a high level of attention to detail and have the ability to liaise with other employees on a multitude of different levels.
