Your new role
As a Recruiter you will be part of a Team of 4 under direct supervision of one of the TA Leads. This team looks after a portfolio of Finance, Insurance, Procurement and Marketing.
Since the team is experiencing high volumes of work, they need an extra pair of hands to help with end to end recruitment, CV screening, screening candidates over the phone, scheduling interviews, and other tasks.
They are looking for an experienced recruiter who can hit the ground running and assist with volume recruitment.
What you'll need to succeed
- 2-3 years relevant experience in a similar role
- excellent communication skills
- high attention to detail
- proactive attitude, being ready to hit the ground running
- ability to pick up systems and procedures
What you'll get in return
- opportunity to work for a large, complex organisation in a team of 4 within the larger Talent Acquisition team of 80
- this is a role initially for 3-6 months with the possibility of extension for the right candidate, since there is more opportunities in the department
- hybrid role, you will have to work from the office in the CBD a few days a week
- $40-60ph + Super depending on experience
- immediate start
- will consider part time 4 days a week
