This company currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Receptionist to join their tight-knit team.

Your new role
Looking after the front desk, you will have a variety of duties and responsibilities. These will include, however will not be limited to;
  • Answer the telephone in a professional and friendly manner and direct calls to the appropriate department.
  • Meet and greet customers, clients and visitors
  • Collect and distribute mail across the office
  • Maintain reception area, customer lounge and meeting rooms in a safe, clean and tidy manner at all times
  • Keep detailed and accurate records of visitor requests and of calls received
  • Manage/Maintain office supplies and amenities (stocktake / ordering supplies)
  • Provide general, ad-hoc administrative support to other departments


What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful for this role, you must have prior experience in a Reception and/or Administration role. You must have clear and concise communication skills and be able to prioritise tasks effectively. You must be proficient on Microsoft Suite and Outlook. Strong time management skills are essential to succeed in this role.
