Receptionist job on the Sunshine Coast, immediate start, casual opportunity, full-time hours.
Your new company
Our client is looking for a motivated Receptionist to join their team located in Yandina. In this role you will be instrumental in ensuring all reception and administration functions are managed efficiently and effectively. This is a temporary contract working 5 days per week, business hours Monday to Friday 8.30-4.30pm.
Your new role
The key objective of the position is to provide strong customer service, both in person and via the telephone. More specifically, you will be responsible for incoming and outgoing mail, maintaining visitor registers, maintaining office supplies, supporting the accounts team with high volume data entry and general administration duties. You will also need to respond to a variety of requests with a matter of urgency and confidentiality.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have exceptional computer literacy, with proficient experience with Microsoft Office packages. You will show loyalty and a high level of confidentiality, are able to show initiative, have a meticulous, thorough nature and outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Your skills and experience will help define this organisation.
