They pride themselves on their innovative solutions, heritage, and vehicle versatility supplying for large scale mining projects to local owner operators. Due to demand they are seeking a receptionist to join their team in Wacol.

Your new role
You will be responsible for all encompassing receptionist and administrative duties including handling client queries via telephone, email, and face to face while liaising across departments, processing daily paperwork, correspondence, emails, client queries, and forwarding relevant communications on to specific departments.

What you'll need to succeed
As the first point of contact for all enquiries, you will display a high level of professionalism and high personal presentation standards. You will be well organised with the ability to deal with incoming correspondence across multiple channels and comfortable representing the business from a customer facing position.
