Your new role
Working as part of a highly collaborative team, your responsibility is to ensure the smooth operations of the Brisbane office as well as providing support to the Gold Coast team. You will be liaising with other Corporate Services team members nationally, providing administrative support as required.

Key duties will include
  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Ordering stationery
  • Maintaining a tidy office
  • Onboarding and induction of new employees
  • Collaborating with sister company
  • Assisting with office relocation

What you'll need to succeed

As the successful candidate, you will be a dependable team member with a strong work ethic. You will be willing to be a focal point that can provide advice and support others when needed, and be able to interact with a diverse group of people. Furthermore, you will have excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, with an ability to pick up new systems quickly and with ease.
