Your new role
As Receptionist you will be responsible for the smooth running of the front desk. This will include Front of House duties such as Meet and Greet with clients and customers.

Additional Duties will include:
  • Mail Management
  • Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems
  • Answer main office line
  • Manage meeting rooms, office supplies and other procurement requirements
  • Visitor Pass Management
  • Adhoc admin duties

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have clear communication skills (verbal and written) and have high attention to detail

Additional success factors are:
  • Tech Savvy
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PP, Outlook)
  • Good initiative and problem solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task
