Your new role
Your temporary placements will offer variety and flexibility with duties. You will get involved in:
  • Answering phones, scheduling meetings, meeting and greeting clients
  • Data entry, invoice processing, creating spreadsheets with excel
  • Filing, faxing and scanning documents
  • Booking couriers and organising cars
  • Typing and formatting documents using WORD

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful you will have the following:
  • Immediate availability and a flexible attitude to take on new opportunities
  • Intermediate skills with MS Office
  • Professional presentation, strong communication skills and a positive attitude
