Our client is a well-respected, boutique accounting firm seeking an experienced Receptionist/Office Admin with a can-do attitude to join their team. This firm prides itself on having a close-knit team and their main focus is on building long-lasting relationships and partnering with small businesses.

Your new role
Your new role will see you providing administration support to the Director and Accountants. In this integral role, your responsibilities will include:
  • Handling reception and being the first point of contact for walk in clients (you wouldn’t be using a switchboard and it won’t involve nonstop calls)
  • Diary management
  • Handling ATO correspondence
  • Maintaining the client database
  • Document preparation
  • Client liaison
  • ASIC compliance
  • Providing assistance to the Accounting team as required
  • General administrative duties as required such as photocopying, scanning, faxing, collating and binding, answering telephone calls, meeting & greeting clients, etc

What you'll need to succeed
This down to earth firm is seeking an accomplished, enthusiastic and proactive individual who demonstrates the following:
  • Recent administration and receptionist experience in professional services
  • Experience working in an accounting firm or law firm is desirable
  • Professional and polished presentation
  • Impeccable communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to hit the ground running in a high-volume role
  • A passion for delivering first class customer service
