Our client is looking for a motivated Receptionist/Administration Officer to join their team located in Maroochydore. In this role you will be instrumental in ensuring all reception and administration functions are managed efficiently and effectively. This is a temporary contract working 5 days per week, business hours Monday to Friday 8.30-4.30pm. Your skills and experience will help define this organisation.
Your new role
The key objective of the position is to provide strong customer service, both in person and via the telephone. More specifically you will be responsible for all Reception functions, management of data entry into MYOB, maintaining the office environment and providing general administration support to the office. You will also need to respond to a variety of requests with a matter of urgency and confidentiality.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have proficient computer literacy, with proficient experience with Microsoft Office packages. You will show loyalty and a high level of confidentiality, are able to show initiative, have a meticulous, thorough nature and outstanding verbal and written communication skills. You must be a self-starter with strong communication skills and high level of attention to detail. Being proficient across MYOB and the MS Packages is essential.
